You have 14 days to return an item, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The return-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We will give you a full refund of your order - minus the return-shipping costs of €8,00 (EU only)* - within 21 days when your return is registered at our warehouse. Items returned for refund must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and with their original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Boavista-club.com reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.
How to return an item
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Returns from outside the EU
Please choose and book your own return shipping provider (e.g. Postal service, DHL, DPD, UPS, Fedex or GLS).
Package your return whenever possible in the original packaging in order to help us minimize waste.
Returns can only be accepted with completed return forms. Fill in the returns note. Give the reason for your return and put the note in the parcel.

When returned items are received and approved, we will give you a full refund of your order within 21 days. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
